Grow + Play Toddler + Preschooler group is a child-led session designed to support your child's development through open-ended play in a carefully prepared environment. Each session focuses on five key learning areas: - Sensorial (exploration through the senses) - Language - Movement (gross and fine motor skills) -Practical life skills (promoting independence) - Culture and creativity (understanding the world around us and expressing ourselves) Grow + Play is a calm, welcoming and friendly environment, where your child can freely explore the activities available. You can enjoy free tea and coffee and have the opportunity to meet other parents. Healthy snacks are provided for the children. The group is held in a spacious setting with limited places at each session, helping to create a calm and peaceful environment for all. Our toddler group is inspired by Montessori philosophy which has respect for children and their developmental process at its heart. We believe that young children have a unique ability to learn and understand the world through their senses, and we aim to create the right environment to support that process. Babies under 1 can join their older sibling for free - if you let us know you are bringing a baby, we will set up a baby-friendly spot.
