Booking Terms and Conditions for Grow + Play baby and toddler groups
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with Grow + Play baby and toddler groups. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking Process
To book a place in a play session, please visit our website and follow the online booking process. If you experience any difficulties with the online booking process, please contact us at hello@growandplay.co.uk
2. Siblings
We offer a discounted rate for siblings over 12 months.
Siblings under 12 months are free.
Sibling spaces do not include an additional adult. Additional adult spaces must be booked separately.
3. Payment
Payment for our play sessions must be made in advance through our online booking system. We accept payment via credit/debit card or PayPal. Payment confirms your booking.
We cannot guarantee space for walk ins, so advance booking is recommended.
4. Cancellations
Bookings are non refundable.
If you need to change your booking, please alllow at least 24 hours notice.
unfortunately we will be unable to reschedule your booking with less than 24 hours notice.
Special event bookings will be rescheduled at the owner's discretion and we cannot guarantee this will be possible, regardless of the notice given.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Group session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or refund.
5. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy (see point 4).
6. Session Times
Our play sessions run at specified times but have a relaxed start, so we never want parents to worry if they are running late. However, it is important to note that if you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
7. Safety and Security
The safety and security of all children attending our play sessions is of paramount importance to us. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must remain with them at all times. We cannot take responsibility for the supervision of children.
If you or your child have had a sickness bug with vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours please do not attend the session.
If you or your child have a communicable illness such as chicken pox, measles, hand foot and mouth disease, croup, impetigo etc. We ask that you please do not attend the session in order to prevent the spread of illness to other children and parents/caregivers attending.
Shoes must be removed by children and adults for the group session. Children should be barefoot or in socks with grips on the soles in order to prevent slips and falls.
Children should be dressed in comfortable clothing they can move freely in. Clothing may be stained during activities so please dress children in clothes you are happy for them to paint etc in.
8. Conduct
We expect all attendees of our play sessions to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the session.
Grow + Play is a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance stance on discrimination. Incidents of discrimination will result in entry being refused and no refund will be due in such circumstances.
9. Liability
We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property arising out of attendance at our play sessions except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.
10. Photography
Photography and filming during Grow + Play sessions is permitted; however, we ask that everyone is mindful of the privacy of others and do not photograph or film other children or parents.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. As such we recommend our customers read the terms and conditions each time they make a new booking.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
