Booking Terms and Conditions for Grow + Play baby and toddler groups

 

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with Grow + Play baby and toddler groups. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions were last amended on 24/03/2023.

 

1.  Booking Process

To book a place in our baby and toddler group, please visit our website and follow the online booking process. If you experience any difficulties with the online booking process, please contact us at hello@growandplay.co.uk

2. Siblings

​

Younger siblings are welcome to join older siblings in the toddler group, but we cannot accommodate older siblings in the baby group (unless they are also under 16 months).

​

Babies who are not crawling/walking can join their older sibling in the toddler group free of charge. Please inform us when booking if you intend to bring a baby to the toddler group.

​

Babies who are crawling/walking will require a space to be booked for them in order to join their older sibling in the toddler group.

​

A 50% discount is offered to one child's place where siblings are attending the same group session. Customers can access the discount by using discount code SIBLING50 at checkout.

​

3.  Payment

Payment for our baby and toddler group must be made in advance through our online booking system. We accept payment via credit/debit card or PayPal. Payment confirms your booking.

​

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by email. We will try our best to offer your place to another customer. If we are able to find someone to take your space, we will refund the fee for the session less a 20% administration charge.

If we are unable to offer your space to another customer, you will not be entitled to a refund in the event of cancelling your booking.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Group session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or refund.

5.  Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy (see point 3).

​

6.  Session Times

Grow + Play baby and toddler group sessions run at specified times but have a relaxed start, so we never want parents to worry if they are running late. However, it is important to note that if you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

​

7.  Safety and Security

The safety and security of all children attending Grow + Play baby and toddler groups is of paramount importance to us. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must remain with them at all times. We cannot take responsibility for the supervision of children.

​

If you or your child have had a sickness bug with vomiting or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours please do not attend the session.

​

If you or your child have a communicable illness such as chicken pox, measles, hand foot and mouth disease, croup, impetigo etc. We ask that you please do not attend the session in order to prevent the spread of illness to other children and parents/caregivers attending.

​

Shoes must be removed by children and adults for the group session. Children should be barefoot or in socks with grips on the soles in order to prevent slips and falls.

​

Children should be dressed in comfortable clothing they can move freely in. Clothing may be stained during activities so please dress children in clothes you are happy for them to paint etc in.

8.  Conduct

We expect all attendees of Grow + Play Baby and Toddler groups to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the session.

​

Grow + Play is a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We have a zero-tolerance stance on discrimination. Incidents of discrimination will result in entry being refused and no refund will be due in such circumstances.

​

9.  Liability

We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property arising out of attendance at our Baby and Toddler Group except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence or breach of these Terms.

10.  Photography

Photography and filming during Grow + Play sessions is permitted; however, we ask that everyone is mindful of the privacy of others and do not photograph or film other children or parents.

​

11.  Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. As such we recommend our customers read the terms and conditions each time they make a new booking.

​

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
