Cotton bud posting

A simple and quick to set up activity to support hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and concentration.

This activity also encourages the use of the pincer grip and supports pre-writing skills.

Choose a bottle with a wide neck and supply the cotton buds in a separate dish alongside the bottle. Demonstrate to your child how to post one cotton bud at a time into the bottle and then invite them to try.
